How is your payment secured with Korta?
The payment takes place on a secure payment area at Korta. Korta makes sure that strict security is in place and that all security requirements are met. The secure payment area at Korta is protected with a SSL encryption. The payment process is in line with the requirements made by international card companies like MasterCard International and Visa international, which is a PCI-DSS standard.

How does a Korta webpayment work?
When you have filled out all the booking information required you click on “agreed terms”. Then you click on “Confirm and checkout” at that moment you will be transferred to the secured Korta web payment area where you can finish the payment.

Booking and delivering of apartments:
After the payment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that the payment has taken place and the respective flat is reserved for your enjoyment. This e-mail includes a security number, which will confirm the access to the respective apartment. Check in for the apartment is from 15:00 and check out from 9:00 – 12:00 . The confirmation payment will not be repaid.

How to leave the apartment
Please leave the key in the key locker in the apartment when departing.

House rules
The apartments are fully luxury furnished and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Everything has been done to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We therefore ask all our guests to
consierate all the residents in the house so that everyone can enjoy their stay. If the regulations are not met we reserve the right to expel you and your guests. Any damages that will be made to the apartment will be charged to the credit card used to make the booking.

No pets are allowed in the apartments. No smoking in the apartments.

With the payment from your credit card you agree to the terms given. Price of the rent can change without notice until a confirmation has been made with a payment.
